PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 022 4120 0384 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send the products back to us.
Are all products purchased from Crystalusion covered by warranty?
We strive to provide the best after sales service possible to our customers but as all Crystalusion products are liquid based & are 100% invisible after application we don’t provide warranty for any of our products.
Will we refund the amount if you are not satisfied with the product?
We have a no refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the products because they are damaged or defected we will replace the products. The products once used cannot be replaced due to the reason mentioned above, the reason for poor functioning of the product might be due to improper application of products, using brute force, dangerous testing, etc.
How do I cancel or return a product ordered on Crystalusion?
If the product has not been shipped, click on the cart shaped icon on the top right corner, select your product & click on cancel. If the product has been shipped to you we can only provide you with replacements in case if you have not used the product & all the contents are intact. Please refer to the 30-day replacement guarantee as above. In some cases we offer credits and not cash refund.
NOTE: In case the product is found in a damaged state, please send a picture of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Damage Product – Crystalusion P2P” as the subject.
